CivilTakeoff.ai is an AI-powered web tool for analyzing and extracting takeoffs from civil construction drawings. You may only use the platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. User Content & Uploaded Files

You retain ownership of any content (e.g., plans, documents) you upload. By using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process your content for delivering services
• Use your content in de-identified and aggregated form to improve our AI models

We do not share your individual files with other users or third parties beyond what's required for service delivery or development.

4. Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and our pricing.

We do not store or process credit card numbers directly.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

CivilTakeoff.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Errors or omissions in AI-generated takeoffs
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Downtime, bugs, or third-party service failures

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations or misuse, with or without notice.

8. Intellectual Property
